Owners are guaranteed at least twelve years occupancy when they purchase a static here at Skelwith, with the possibility of a two year extension if the van remains in good condition.

The pitch fee for 2008 is £2,395.00 and is invoiced for payment on the 1st May. In addition to fees you will need to budget for rates: for 2007 these were £179.32 for the year. Insurance is typically charged at around £13.00 per £1,000.00 inc 5% insurance premium tax.  Electicity is metered and gas bottle exchange and delivery is available on-site.
