Skelwith Fold Caravan Park is located in the Lake District National Park and recognised as the Premier 5 star Holiday Park in the North West. We offer our discerning customers a tranquil and scenic environment in which to enjoy their leisure time, be it in Caravan Holiday Homes, Touring Caravans or our new luxurious Glamping accommodation.
We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to assist our team within the Reception/Customer Services department.
Duties will include business support, administrative support for management with the provision of management information, liaison with external service partners, ensuring quality standards are met and upheld, managing payroll information, invoicing and reconciliation of cash receipts, production of weekly, monthly and annual reports, compliance with company policies, developing and maintaining excellent relationships with customers and colleagues, managing your workload and ensuring deadlines are met.
Skills: Planning and organising, good attention to detail, ability to stay calm under pressure, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, developed customer service skills, familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles and an excellent knowledge of MS Office and computer software systems. Ability to process and understand quantities of data.
