The New Dungeon Ghyll is based in a gorgeous location just five miles from Skelwith Fold Caravan Park. The hotel and restaurant is nestled in the middle of Langdale, a stunningly picturesque valley surrounded by fells which take your breath away. It is always hard to choose anywhere in the Lakes as the most beautiful – but Langdale and the scenery surrounding the New Dungeon Ghyll would have to be under consideration by anyone attempting to compile such a list.

The restaurant serves dinner from 6pm to 8.30pm daily, while the bar serves meals all day from midday to 9pm. The evening menu changes every other day with their skilled chefs using local produce and seasonality wherever possible.
