Pitch fees are payable annually and for 2020 are £4,395.00 running from 1st May to 30th April next year.
In addition to pitch fees you will need to budget for Local Authority Rates. In 2019 these were £300.94 for the full year.
Insurance is typically charged at less than £11.00 per £1,000 of cover using the park’s block policy, but you’re welcome to shop around for cover.
Electricity is metered and gas bottle exchange and delivery is available on-site.
